Rtn.Manjoo Phadke’s career presents a fascinating canvass of diligence, intelligence, and brilliance. Few characteristics that are seldom found in one person and yet are exuded so naturally by her are vision, passion, commitment, perseverance, knowledge, and hard work.
Rtn.Manjoo is a true and dedicated Rotarian since the last 18 years as a Charter Member and past president of Rotary Club of Pune, Deccan Gymkhana, and is a Major Donor Level-1. She has vast experience in the Rotary having served on 22 posts in the last 12 years.As a resourceful Rotarian, Manjoo has a number of accomplishments to her credit to attest to her zeal and commitment. She is the exponent of brilliant concepts like ‘Satellite Club’’, IFRM (International Fellowship of Rotarians Musicians) CSR Awards, International RYLA, Wellness Awards, NGO Conference, and many more. Her Rotary career is full of blazing achievements. She is felicitated with many awards such as the prestigious “Avenues of Service Award” from Rotary International, Rotary Mahaguru.Most Impactful District Officer with Extraordinary Performance, Best AG, Best District
Director, DG’s special recognition (Twice), Best President, etc. She was also awarded the “Vocational Service Excellence Award” as well as, “Rana-Ragini Puraskar for her professional and social achievements. ”She has visited 9 other rotary districts as a trainer, keynote speaker at training events and Rotary conferences.
As an accomplished Rotarian, she has served in various avenues such as Service Projects, Membership, Foundation, Leadership Development, Youth and has held important
positions such as District Director, District Chairman, Convenor, Assistant Governor, District Secretary and is now elected to the post of District Governor for the Rotary year 2023-24.
She is also appointed on a South Asia Committee of Rotary Leadership Institute and is a certified faculty of RLI.
Rtn. Manjoo is the founder & CEO of Skill-Arbor Consultancy an approved training partner Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She has trained more than 15000 trainees still now. She is recognized as a motivational speaker and a freelance corporate consultant. She possesses rich experience in Branding, Marketing, Administration, and “Learning & Development”.
Rtn. Manjoo is a member of the Women Safety Committee under the Commissioner of Police, Pune, which adds a social dimension to her personality. She also mentors young Entrepreneurs at Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust.
Manjoo, an avid trekker, and mountaineer has also had a successful career in sports. She was a National Player in Athletics, Kabaddi, and Lawn Tennis. Manjoo has been a part of Times of India’s competitive Women’s car rally and Rotary’s All-women Car Rally. She loves to explore the world and has been to more than 30 countries so far.
She is the first Resident Indian to be certified by American Council on Exercise, San Diago.
She belongs to a much-decorated family. Her husband Vishwas is a successful businessman. Daughter Isha is MBA in Marketing and MA & Alankar in Kathak and is a professional Kathak dancer. She has featured in a Marathi Film – & Ti Sadhya Kay Karte & Son-in-law, Ambar is an IT professional and a Visharad in Tabla. With her positive attitude, passion, and cooperative nature she is extremely popular with fellow Rotarians and in all her friends’ circles
In Rotary, she dreams of making each club strong in its own way and thereby taking RID 3131 to a Numero Uno position.
